It’s been 59 days since I last posted on this blog.

There are a few excuses I could lean on, but none that really absolve me from my responsibility to get useful information out there.

No, it’s simply because I’ve been slack.

It’s a bit challenging, trying to wrangle my thoughts about risk, money and people onto the page. These topics are big, complex and important, which makes translating them into something vaguely readable can be tough.

But that’s no excuse.

Understanding these ideas is so critically important for everybody that it’s well worth getting these posts moving again.

Even more so for those people out there looking for some guidance – any guidance – with their money as they rebuild from their divorce.

So, this post is just a short mea culpa before we hop straight back into the second of our Six Stones – Protect.

Here…we…go.
